The development plan creates building rights in the northern area for teaching and research facilities (university uses), and for a public car park on Am Anger. In the remaining area, mixed (residential and commercial) and core area-typical uses are permitted.

The planning allows for the construction of a high point at the Am Anger/ Lutherplatz intersection.

The central island square is designed as a traffic-calmed area, which is connected to the surrounding street space by various development alleys.

The Steinweg / Am Anger office building is under construction. Pre-construction measures are underway for the construction of the campus and public parking garage (as of October 2018).
