Ultra cold and ultra precise: Scanning probe microscopy at low temperatures

We will demonstrate our low temperature scanning probe microscope (STM & AFM), which is one of the fewest commercial devices operating at temperatures of 1.1 K, close to absolute zero.

Note
Two guided tours of 45 minutes each are offered, starting at 20:00 and 21:00, meeting point in front of the "Bunker" entrance
Restriction
maximum 10 participants
