Walk & Talk

We invite you to Networking 2.0! Combine interesting conversations with a walk through our beautiful Paradies Park. We at the Welcome Center Jena offer you an opportunity to meet new people and network. The event is perfect for anyone and everyone with a desire for conversations, acquaintances and an informal exchange.

For whom?

No matter whether you have been in Jena for some time or have just moved here. Our aim is for all participants to gain new impulses for (further) arriving in Jena and to establish networks.

The speed of the walk can be adjusted and we strive for a barrier-free tour – all people are welcome.

What else is there to know?

We meet every two weeks on Tuesdays at 6 pm in front of the Welcome Center Jena at Teichgraben 5 and start with a short round of introductions. Afterwards, we walk together to Paradiespark, take a stroll there and end around 7 pm at Paradiesbahnhof.

Registration for the Walk & Talk is not necessary.

(If you wish to continue the interesting conversations over a cool drink, you are welcome to organise this spontaneously on your own. 🙂 )

When?

Walk & Talk will take place in Jena on 21.03.2023 at 6pm. After that we will meet every two weeks:

04.04., 18.04., 02.05., 16.05., 30.05., 13.06., 27.06., 11.07.

We will meet at 6 pm in front of the Welcome Center Jena at Teichgraben 5.

We are looking forward to your coming, networking and moving together.

By the way, we were inspired by Socrates, who realised that walking promotes thinking, and Hamid, who started Walk & Talk in Hamburg in 2016. Many thanks to both of them!
