When does the acknowledgement of paternity become effective?

• for the child of an unmarried mother by the personal consent of the mother in publicly authenticated form at the competent authorities
• for the child of a married mother through the personal consent of the mother in publicly notarised form as well as through the personal consent of the "still husband" or the divorced spouse after presentation of a legally binding divorce decree.
