Multi-storey furniture store with 15,000 m² sales area (part 2). Partial object 1 and partial object 2 were built together as Lobe-Center - construction period 1994/95.

In 1998, a resolution was passed to amend and extend the "Neue Schenke" B-Plan, and the process has not been completed (as of July 2018).
