The development plan creates planning rights for a football stadium and supplementary functions and sports facilities. The development and areas for stationary traffic are rearranged and safety concerns are taken into account. In this context, a second access road from Stadtrodaer Straße was added.

The tender process for the award of contract for the design, construction and operation of the football stadium will be carried out (April 2018).
