What do you like most about your work and your company?
I really like the team activities and the good atmosphere in the company.
I am an open person who likes to get to know people and puts a lot of emphasis on mutual respect. I found this at VITROMED. We all help each other and have a lot of fun together.
What challenges were you faced with when you started? How did you overcome these challenges?
The language was a big challenge and of course so was the work/new job. My colleagues always explained everything to me in detail when I had problems understanding everything the first time.
I have settled in well and am doing my job well.
How did your company support you the most?
My colleagues always support me with the German language and accept me as I am. We laugh a lot together and I feel well accepted. I was also offered an English course. Our top management speaks English.
