Civil engineering worker (m/f/d)

As a skilled civil engineering worker, you can expect a very extensive and varied range of tasks with a focus on road construction.

Professional education focuses on the following areas:

• Construction, maintenance and repair of road substructures and superstructures
• Installing and maintaining traffic guidance systems
• Installation and connection of supply and disposal systems
• Landscaping and maintenance of unpaved areas and embankments
• Handling surveying equipment and carrying out simple surveying work
• Construction of buildings and outdoor facilities

Professional education

takes place at the Staatliche Berufsbildende Schule Technik in Gera.

The practical vocational training

takes place in the first year of training exclusively at the Bildungswerk Bau Hessen-Thüringen in its various training and further education centers. The aim is to learn and consolidate various basic skills and the use of machines in a training yard. During further Professional education in our company, this knowledge is expanded and applied under real conditions, in flowing traffic.

The final examination
