Can you hear X-rays?

In the materials testing laboratory at ifw Jena, weld seams and steel parts are X-rayed every day to detect defects and support companies in their quality control.

For the Long Night of Science, we X-rayed eggs on one of our X-ray systems. At the second system, we make X-rays audible and music visible at the same time.
