- Preparation and coordination of medium-term planning for investment measures in public spaces
- Control of object planning in public spaces (roads, paths, squares)
- In connection with point 2:
- Performing the commissioning function for external service providers (e.g. engineering firms, experts)
- Coordination with municipal bodies, citizens and other stakeholders (e.g. utility companies)
- Cost control, funding and contract management
