The ksj attaches great importance to offering people prospects for their professional future. The training areas include landscape conservation, waste management, administration, information technology and road maintenance. The trainees spend the next three or three and a half years in a varied professional environment and will find competent trainers, a modern training facility and a strong company owned by the City of Light Jena.
