Families, expectant parents & young adults in crisis - counselling

Support is provided for:

• acute and personal crises
• problems at school and in the day care centre
• educational issues and personal or family-related problems
• other crisis situations in the families or in the family environment

and, if necessary, refer to other responsible and competent counselling centres and institutions.

Underage children and adolescents have a right to counselling according to § 8 Social Security Code VIII, minors have a right to counselling even without the knowledge of their legal guardians.
